i appreciated several aspects. the diverse food options available constantly surprised me, with something being served at many spots on the hotel. the selection was good. it included healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. staff members were always smiling and willing to help.
the klimaanlagen from the neighborhotel were very loud. we dont sit on the balcony because of it.

i admired the cute reception managers. the dessert shop offered good treats. i enjoyed the convenience of menu qr-codes at the beach. the green detox juice was quite refreshing. second visit confirms my high opinion.
The main buffet could have had a bit more variety. It seemed some dishes repeated daily.

Excellent stay at the hotel

The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was excellent. The mini bar was refilled daily and included soft drinks, a nice touch. I especially appreciated the great selection of alcohol-free drinks (and the cocktails were pretty good, too).
The air conditioning was not effective, even though the weather was very hot. It made sleeping difficult, the room temperature being too high.

I enjoyed the variety of food options available. Different foods were served throughout the day, in various spots. The choices were plentiful, including healthy options and diverse cuisines (the asian restaurant was amazing). The range and availability of food were a significant plus .
The gym equipment could use some updating (but this is a very small issue).
